Guided Moscow Mills through its water crisis. Led school communication through staff misconduct, safety threats, the 2016 ice storm, and a fire that destroyed a facility.

Ballot issue information campaigns
Delivered a 100% success rate on information campaigns for bond issues and a property tax increase. Volunteered strategic counsel to a local public entity, leading a six-month research project that shaped its messaging.

Served as a key cabinet member at Orchard Farm and Lincoln County R-III. Worked directly with media, parents, staff, and taxpayers, and led the community through boundary changes and $6.1 million in budget cuts.
